This page covers founder pricing, billing, refunds and how the organic score relates to any payment.

How a founder place is billed — once, or recurring — is set by the live pricing campaign and is stated at [/terms](https://aeo.express/terms) and at checkout, so it is not restated here. Where the place recurs, the terms page carries the full recurring-billing section: what renews and how often, that the rate is locked to your founder cohort for as long as the subscription runs, that any optional launch support is a separate one-off charge, how to cancel and when cancellation takes effect, and what happens if a renewal payment fails.

A founder number and its public profile are permanent under every campaign. They are never resold and are not affected by cancelling.
